ADD A CLUB

Join the lottery and add your chosen club at the same time!

Complete the application form below to join Support Sport CIC’s lottery and we will create a page for them and contact the club to let them know they have been nominated.

Enter as many club details as you can and we will contact the club to let them know you are supporting them. The club will receive 50p in every £1. If the club chooses, not to accept the money, it will be used to support other sports organisations based in the UK via Support Sport CIC’s main fund.
